Complete Form

Bring both hands up into an x block position above your head – hands open. Bring your hands down as you close your hands turn your hands, palms in knuckles towards you. Hands should be level with your shoulders. From here hands follow through as you push down block with your right hand on top of the left. Bring your hands up above your head circle them around your back and finish with a bow.

Look to your left as you step with your left to left high block with your left hand pivot reverse punch with your right hand. Look forward step forward with the right foot to the reverse punch with your left hand. Step back with your right foot in a horse stance (left foot forward) as you shoot your hands in to shu do (push block forward). Draw up into a front stance(left foot forward) as you do an X-block with both hands above your head. Uncross your hands as knife hand chop down beside you. Bring your hands in to a guard stance as you slide your feet together front kick with your left foot. Immediately after putting your left foot down back leg axe kick, spin counter clockwise as you chop with your left hand and reverse punch with your right hand. Draw up into a crane stance (right leg behind left knee) step forward with the right foot as you bring your back hand to chamber and your left hand to knife hand position against your shoulder and vertical punch with the right hand. Chamber front arm across chest and front leg triple round house kick low, middle and high. Land in knife hand chop.

Starting in Left foot fighting stance in knife hand chop. Look to your right make an adjustment step with your right foot as you chop with your right hand followed by a reverse punch with your left hand. Cross in front with your left foot as you outward block with your right hand in front of you and downwards block with your left hand behind you (done at the same time) throw a back leg side kick (with your right foot) land knife hand block. Look to your left as you make adjustment step with your left foot. Chop with your left hand pivot reverse punch with your right hand. Lean back on your right leg as you back chop with your left hand, step forward with your right foot as you elbow strike  forward (right elbow meets left hand chop) left foot crosses behind spin out chop with your left hand pivot reverse punch with your right hand.

Starting right foot forward back guard stance. Right hand circles to the back left hand follows as the left hand meets the right shoulders it shoots out downwards knife chop as right hand chops across ending against the chest. Left hand comes up to chop followed by pivot reverse punch. Right hand draws back to the left shoulder and extends out chop. Step forward with your right foot as you chop diagonally with your left hand. Step forward two steps starting with left (left step, right step) then cross your left foot behind your right as you outward block with your right hand left hand supporting your right outward block. Uncross your left foot as you reverse punch with your left hand. Turn to the opposite direction chop with your left hand pivot punch with your right hand. Finish with a x block up hands shoot down into ready stance.
