Corporate Martial Arts is available as a one off event or as part of our Corporate Martial Arts package

Students are taught the correct way to kick and punch then put to the test with exciting drills and games.

All equipment is provided including Focus Pads, Kick Shields and Boxing Gloves. Where required we can provide floor mats.

All of our Instructors are fully first aid trained, have CRB Clearance and Public Liability Insurance.
